Instructions for Remote Support
1-Download and proceed to install: TeamViewer.
2-In TeamViewer install window, select Run and press 'Continue'
3-Accept terms and continue.
4-If FireWall windows appears, select 'Unlock'.
5-Wait a seconds and then comunnicate your TeamViewer ID and Password to the operator.
